There are two halls at Wick Hall, a space which was gifted to the Church in the early 20th century by the vicar of the local parish. Below you can submit a request to hire either of Wick Hall's rooms for one off events (no teenage or adult parties), regular bookings (eg for fitness classes) and church events. 

The large hall

• Has capacity for 150 seated or 180 standing
• Cost: £20 per hour
• Is able to accommodate small bouncy castles (when hired from a company with current public liability insurance).  Please note that there will be an additional charge of £5 for parties with bouncy castles
• The dimensions of the hall, for the purposes of bouncy castle hire are 20m (65.5ft), 9m (29.5ft) wide and around 4m (13ft) to the ceiling beams

The small hall

• Has capacity for up to 40 seated or 60 standing
• Cost: £15 per hour
• Does not have space for a bouncy castle

Both halls have access to the kitchen and toilets (flat/accessible access is available in the small hall). There are plenty of chairs and tables available for either hall. The kitchen and toilets are shared between bookings if both halls are in use. There is a maximum age restriction for parties of 11 years old - we aren't able to take bookings for adult's or teenager's parties. In addition, all events held in the hall must be in keeping with the purposes defined in the trust deed when the hall was gifted to the church, details are available on request.

ONE OFF Bookings (eg for Children's Parties)

To request a one-off booking please:

1. Read the document below: Terms and conditions - you agree to abide by this document: Wick_Hall_Booking_Terms_and_Conditions.pdf when booking the hall. 
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability (the hall is open between 8am and 10pm)
3. Click on this link to fill in the form.
4. You will receive an invoice by email, once this has been paid you will then receive confirmation of your booking.
5. In the week before your hire date, you will receive details of how to access the hall, along with details of where the tables and chairs are stored.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you allow time to set up and clear up before and after your event in the booking.
• Please note that bookings are only available for children's birthdays up to the age of 11. No adult or teenager parties are currently permitted in the hall and there is no alcohol licence.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
• There are chairs and tables available, up to a maximum of 6 tables for each room hired. If you need more, please email us. 

Regular (weekly/monthly etc.) private bookings (eg for fitness classes)

Church Bookings (for church events)

If you are part of our church family and are organising a church event, please follow this link to let us know your idea and dates.

You will then hear back from our bookings team within 5 days as to whether we can accommodate your request or not. If we have availability, you will then be guided through the rest of the booking process.

Cancellations

If you decide that you no longer require the hall, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can update the calendar and release the booking.

Arun Angels

Some members of All Saints are also involved with Arun Angels in Littlehampton and WIck. The Angels are out on Friday evenings throughout the year. There's more information about their ministry here.

The church building is in the heart of the old village, surrounded by shops, schools and residential areas.

We believe that following Jesus means living out our faith everyday and everywhere, so we hope to bring the good news to those around us and to discover what it means to love our neighbour.

For many years the Centre ran from a leased Portakabin outside Wick Hall. However, the cost of the Centre was unsustainable and so the move to the new home with revised hours is designed to make it sustainable for the long term. The Management Committee are continuing to work with Littlehampton Town Council to offer as much of the good work of the W.I.C. as possible, with the ongoing support of a number of volunteers.
