Update on Services and Holy Week

13 March 2021 17:42

Praying into the next stage of coming out of the pandemic, and hearing people's feedback in the survey, we wanted to gradually give more opportunities to start gathering safely again. At the same time we will continue live-streaming the services as we know that we will each want to return at our own speed.

So, beginning on the 28th March, we're going to have two services on a Sunday morning: 9am in All Saints and 10am in Wick Hall. Both services will have the same theme and talk, the 9am will be slightly shorter and will be communion every week, the 10am will have a bit more time for testimonies and interviews and, because of the clergy's ministry at Lyminster, the 10am will include communion every other week.

You will need to register for either of these services here.

The 10am will continue to be live-streamed on Youtube and via our website so that everyone can return when ready and continue to be included.

For Holy Week (between Palm Sunday and Easter):

  • Monday - Compline (Night Prayer) at Lyminster at 8pm (in-person, no booking)
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 'The Upper Room' - readings, talks, prayer and informal communion in All Saints. The same service repeated at 8pm each day (in-person, Registration required)
  • 'The Upper Room' shown online - Thursday 8pm on Youtube/Website
  • Good Friday - Service of readings and prayers at Lyminster, 2-3pm (in-person, no booking)
