Same welcome & worship, bigger space!

26 July 2018 08:46

It's been exciting to see All Saints Church family growing recently. But, this has led to one of those "nice problems to have."

Our Church building is a great space for worship, but we've run out of seats and space.

When Wick Hall was given to the Church in 1905, one of the aims was for it to used for Christian worship. So, for a trial period we're relocating our Sunday morning services there.

From 2nd September our Sunday 9.30am services will be in Wick Hall.

If you're not currently part of a Church, we'd love you to come and join us.

It's the same service, the same welcome, the same God and the same Church family... but with space and access for everyone.

The form and pattern of our services remains the same. But there's more room for those with younger children, a better area for the 3s-11s group and space for refreshments afterwards.

We also love our Church building, so from October we're increasing our evening services to two a month (1st & 3rd Sundays) so that regular worship continues there. The main church also continues as the home of our Wednesday Communion service, Messy Church, weddings and funerals, knit & natter, coffee morning, prayer meetings and other events. We're going to review how it's working in January.
